  This year our Christmas dinner and Christmas jumper day will be on Wednesday 10/12/2025 (this is week 3 on our rotating menu). If your child usually receives a dinner on this day, they will have already chosen their dinner options with their teacher. IF your child doesn't usually have school dinners but you would like them to have a Christmas dinner on this day, please top up your Arbor account with £3.45 and then email Michele stating your child's preferences.

  All of the staff and children at HGS would like to give a big thank you to these lovely people:

   

  The Salvation Army, who year after year provide us with Christmas presents for all of our children. And this year, they gave us chocolate advent calendars, one for each child and even some for staff to take home for our children too!   Tuesday 18th November will be the return of the our ‘Storm in a Teacup’ event at Haywood Grove. This is our autumn event similar to a bonfire night. We are very excited about this following its success last year.
