We are all very hopeful that a remote curriculum will no longer be needed because of COVID-19. However, if this becomes necessary again, provision is in place for any child who needs to isolate at home but is well enough to access learning.
Helping Hands Instant Curriculum: this will be offered when a child is at home and is well enough to engage with learning. This will take the form of paper-based and/or on-line learning tasks.
Helping Hands Freedom Curriculum: this is a year -long program of on-line learning (that can be converted to paper-based learning if access to suitable IT facilities is not available or preferred) for any child on role at school who is not able to attend for extended periods of time. Under these circumstances, the learning plan would be supplemented with regular face-to-face check-ins with school staff.
